I can see this being a useful tool when businesses are in a position to pivot or innovate. But seems a little too subjective when it comes to coming up with the numbers and prioritization. It would be good to know how this process can be data-driven rather than intuition or hunches.

15:30 Unfortunately the attention span of the average mass media consumer for new ideas that she/he has no availability bias (7:55) for (or a very misleading ones) is far too short for taking up the complex interrelationships that show why these ideas actually do makes sense. Thus sadly the mass is left out of some of some of the most relevant and revolutionary ideas. ( Just like "space mining" "advanced atomically precise manufacturing" suffers a similar problem in perception. ) ... By starting from the many ends on the "now" side of things - the dry basics - one may reach at least a few people but certainly not the masses which would be important. Maybe a subversive strategy would be the the right way to go. Starting with a make-belief joke for entertainment slowly leading the consumers of this as entertainment disguised edutainment to the (shocking) realization that this is actually very possible and really does makes sense.
